Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the United States from our home in Upland, California.
How much is shipping?
Orders over $200 ship free. Orders under $200 pay a flat $15, shown at checkout before you pay.
When will my order arrive?
We pack glass by hand and email you a tracking number the moment your parcel leaves. The carrier's tracking page gives the best delivery estimate for your address.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email [email protected] with your order number as soon as you can. We can change or cancel an order until it ships; once it is on its way it is covered by our final-sale policy.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, where the law requires it. Tax is calculated from your shipping address and shown at checkout before you pay.
Returns & breakage
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Our ornaments are glass and seasonal, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please look closely at the photographs and your Tree Builder preview, and email us with any question before you order — we are glad to help you choose.
What if something arrives broken?
We replace it free. Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the piece and the box, and keep the packaging until we reply. If a replacement has sold out we refund that piece.
Something is missing from my parcel.
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will send the missing piece at no cost.
The ornaments
What are the ornaments made of?
Glass, hand-finished, with metal caps and wire hooks. Each collection also has a wired ribbon (about 4 inches wide), a set of picks and sprays, and a topper; the materials of each are on its product page. Small variations in colour and finish are part of hand-finished pieces.
Are they safe around children and pets?
They are decorations, not toys: fragile glass with small parts and wire hooks. Hang them high and keep them away from young children and pets.
How should I store them after Christmas?
In their original boxes, each piece wrapped in tissue, somewhere cool and dry. Stored that way they last for decades — which is rather the point.
Do you sell Christmas trees or lights?
No — only the trimmings. The Tree Builder is for the tree you already own, and the lights you already have.
The Tree Builder
What is the Tree Builder?
A 3D preview that shows a collection on a tree the size and shape of yours. Set your tree's height, colour and how much of it is on show, choose a collection and a fill level, add ribbon, picks and a topper, and turn it with your finger or mouse.
How accurate are the quantities it suggests?
They are a designer's estimate for the height, coverage and fill you chose. The Shop this design panel lists the exact pieces with those quantities; change any quantity before adding to your cart. Your own tree, how you hang things and your lights will all change the final look.
Can I save or share a design?
Yes. The design lives in the page address: use Share this design to copy a link, send it to anyone, and it opens the same tree with the same Shop this design list.
The 3D tree is slow or does not load.
The builder uses your device's graphics hardware. Phones and older laptops get a lighter version automatically. If it still struggles, close other tabs, update your browser, or open the builder on another device — your cart is kept separately on each device.
